Here's to New Year's Eve Confetti Writers (yes, already)

New York's New Year's Eve party actually starts in spring each year, when Times Square event producers decide who wins a spot on the rooftops to fling the iconic confetti. By the time the biodegradable, fire-resistant colors fly, the wild mix includes pounds and pounds of wishes for the coming year, handwritten on tissue shapes by visitors at Broadway Plaza or printed from tweets and emails sent in from around the world. The Times Square Alliance website has the countdown clock running right now.
