OCT 2019 - Author Cynthia Lewis Ferrell reunited in Taiwan with creators and stars of the international musical Loving the Silent Tears in a celebration of world artists. The Friends of Eternity red carpet event, hosted by Supreme Master Ching Hai, brought together an in-person audience of 4000 and over 12,000 more via live stream. Ferrell, writer of the Tears musical book, read her new short story, Man and the Fire, which was translated live into thirteen languages. Other performers included sopranos Diễm Liên, Giorgia Fumanti, Katie McMahon and Kerry Walsh, jazz pianists Bill Cunliffe and Kiril Kulish, filmmaker Lionel Friedberg, vocalists Vũ Khanh, Faith Rivera, Fabiana Passoni, Mark Janicello and Hồ Quỳnh Hương, actors Brian Joo and Corey Feldman, and Tears director Vincent Paterson.
